Children's Yoga

Wish Yoga is unique in its emphasis on children's yoga. In a Wish Yoga session children will learn yoga postures and breath exercises based on the movements of animals and the rhythms of nature. Interactive games, values-based story time and relaxation are included in the lesson. Children are taught in a nurturing and cooperative atmosphere and feel refreshed, strengthened and empowered from yoga practice with instructor Marla Friedman.
