Introduction

Welcome to Wish Yoga LLC. Born in the first state, Wish Yoga was founded in the summer of 2016 by yoga instructor and early childhood educator, Marla Friedman to bring a nurturing and cooperative yoga experience to people of all ages. Marla has over 20 years of experience in the early childhood field, and is a RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance. Her enthusiasm for yoga and ability to connect with humans at any age makes her an outstanding yoga instructor for adults and children at any educational institution.

  2. When we peel away the layers of stress, worry, confusion, or whatever you want to call it, we are able to feel renewed. It takes energy too! We re-balance our tires every couple 1,000 miles; we can reach into our yoga tool box to balance ourselves everyday. It can be 5-10 minutes of deep breathing while sitting in stillness. It can be a practice that helps us refocus during our workday while standing behind a chair or next to a wall. Yoga poses and breath are available to you at any time of the day. Take my classes and find more ways to create more strength and endurance in your character and body.
